No Lease, No Fee!
There is no upfront fee or cost for listing your property. In the event your
property is not leased, no fee is due. We charge a 6% commission fee
due only upon a fully signed Lease Agreement and collection of first month's
rent and the security deposit. The fee is a percentage of the full projected
Lease Term rent. For example, on a 12 month lease at $1500 per month rent,
the total Lease Term projected rent is (12 x $1500) $18,000. The commission
fee is 6% of $18,000 totaling $1,080, which is deducted from the first month's
rent and security deposit collected. No other fees are assessed. All advertising,
marketing and media is included. We do all the work; only if we provide you
results, is the 6% commission due.
