To Allow us to best represent you and to prequalify you for leasing, we require that you complete this application before you schedule an appointment to see one or more of the properties listed on our site.
This allows us to save time and get your home leasing process started now! In addition, it offers the following benefits:
(1) You will not lose a home because your lease package was incomplete.
(2) Prequalification helps establish the price range of the home(s) to view and lease.
(3) A prequalified renter has more negotiating power and an advantage over the renter who is not prequalified. For example, if two renters make an offer on the same home, the prequalified offer will have a strong advantage. Why? because the renter who is prequalified is providing the Landlord a lease offer package (which RentalsRealtor.com has prepared) that shows the Landlord they have acceptable income, credit and references to lease the property. Prequalified renters have a powerful edge over non-prequalified renters.
